Bluestem Drive at 123rd Drive Pipe Replacement

Project Description

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will replace a broken corrugated metal pipe and repair the subgrade and pavement at the intersection of West Bluestem Drive and North 123rd Drive in Sun City West, on weekdays beginning Monday, September 23 through late October 2024. 

It is recommended to allow for extra time for travel as delays can be anticipated while work is underway. During the project, one lane will remain open in each direction, with the project area blocked off around the clock. Please watch for work crews, obey all traffic control signs and slow down in the work zone.
