Goodyear Area - Pavement Rehabilitation

Project #: TT0640

Project Description

Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will be performing a roadway rehabilitation project on selected roadways in the Goodyear area, to extend the life of the road and provide an improved driving surface for vehicles. Crews will be milling and replacing asphalt along several sections of Perryville Road, Lower Buckeye Road, and Citrus and Yuma roads. Work will begin on Monday, March 23 and continue through the end of May 2026.

During construction, traffic will be reduced to one lane with a flagging operation, and it is advised to allow extra time for travel in the area.

The project includes:

  • Milling/removing old pavement.
  • Installing new asphaltic concrete pavement.
  • Laying new epoxy deck overlay at the Roosevelt Canal bridge.
  • Roadway striping and finishing work.

Please watch for work crews, obey all traffic control signs and slow down in the work zone.
