Project Description

Roadway segments in Sun City West, 5.5 miles total, are recommended by the Pavement Management Branch for pavement maintenance (ARAC).

Regular pavement maintenance protects MCDOT's assets by maintaining structural integrity, improving rideability and safety, and ensuring longevity of the roadway.

The goals of this project are:

1. Replace the existing pavement with new pavement material and provide the public with a safer and smoother riding surface.
2. Maintain the structural integrity of MCDOT's roadway.
3. Upgrade the existing pedestrian ramps as needed to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
