Manzanita Drive and Willowbrook Drive, ADA Ramp Reconstruction

Project Description

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will be doing ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) ramp reconstruction at the northeast and northwest corner of Willowbrook Drive and Manzanita Drive in Sun City. The work will be performed over approximately 10 days, beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024.

Access to properties will be maintained at all times. The sidewalks at this location may be restricted at times during the project schedule. All work will take place within MCDOT right of way.

The project will include:

• Removal and replacement of pavement and the two ADA ramps at the intersection of Willowbrook and Manzanita drives.
• Other miscellaneous work and cleanup.

Work Schedule

Where: Willowbrook Drive and Manzanita Drive, Sun City

When: Tuesday, Nov. 19 - Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024.

Hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. No weekend or holiday work is anticipated.
