South Arterials Polymer Modified Preservation

Project Description

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) crews will be performing a roadway rehabilitation project on selected roadways in the Goodyear area. Crews will be milling and replacing asphalt along several sections along Perryville Lane, Lower Buckeye, Citrus and Yuma roads. Flagging operations will be in effect during work hours, drivers should plan ahead for potential delays on their route. During the project, traffic will be reduced to one lane for each direction of travel to allow work to be completed. Work will begin March 23rd until the end of May.

The project includes:

  • Milling/removing old pavement
  • Installing new asphalt
  • Roadway striping and finishing work

During construction, road restrictions may be in place to accommodate work. Please watch for work crews, obey all traffic control signs and slow down in the work zone.


Work Schedule:

Where: Perryville Lane, Lower Buckeye, Citrus and Yuma roads.

When: Monday, March 23, 2026 through May 2026.

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Limited weekend work is anticipated.
