Project Description

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation is designing paving improvements on Peak View Drive, 205th Avenue, and Skinner Drive. (See map) This work will assist in alleviating dust and improving air quality.

Construction is expected to begin February 2027.

The project includes:

• Milling/removing old asphaltic concrete pavement selected locations.
• Installing new asphaltic concrete pavement overlay.
• Installing cut off walls
• Laying hydro sed mix
• Cleaning up the work zone and other miscellaneous work.
