MC 85, 107th Avenue to 95th Avenue

Project Description

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation is designing a project to construct a five-lane arterial road from 107th Avenue to 95th Avenue on MC 85. The project will include the addition of a center turn lane, raised medians, improvements to sidewalks and the addition of street lighting. Drainage basins and traffic signals are also being upgraded within the project limits.

Construction is slated to begin in early 2028.
