MC 85, 107th Avenue to 95th Avenue

Project Description

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation is designing a project to construct a five-lane arterial road from 107th Avenue to 95th Avenue on MC 85.

This project includes:

• Adding a center turn lane
• Raising medians
• Enhancing sidewalks for pedesterians
• Installing additional street lighting
• Improving drainage along project limits

Drivers can expect traffic control measures to be put in place during the duration of the project.

Construction is slated to begin in early 2028.
