Northern Avenue, 103rd Avenue to 91st Avenue (Loop 101)

This project will improve Northern Avenue between 103rd and 91st avenues, and is anticipated to go to construction by early 2027.

The anticipated improvements include:

Widening of Northern Avenue to provide four travel lanes in each direction
Reconfiguration of the Loop 101 traffic interchange to a diverging diamond interchange (DDI)
Upgrade signalized intersections at 99th Avenue, 98th Avenue, Loop 101 west and east ramps, 93rd Avenue, and 91st Avenue
