- Widening of Northern Avenue to provide four travel lanes in each direction
- Reconfiguration of the Loop 101 traffic interchange to a diverging diamond interchange (DDI)
- Upgrade signalized intersections at 99th Avenue, 98th Avenue, Loop 101 west and east ramps, 93rd Avenue, and 91st Avenue
