Olive Avenue and 69th Avenue Sidewalk Construction

Project Description

The Maricopa Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is planning sidewalk construction on the south side of Olive Avenue, between 69th Avenue and 69th Lane in spring 2026. The goal of the project is to construct a new segment of sidewalk that will connect to the existing sidewalks in order to provide a continuous sidewalk at this location. This work is expected to take approximately one month.

This project will include:

  • Constructing a continuous section of sidewalk on Olive Avenue from 69th Avenue to 69th Lane.
  • Cleaning up the work zone and other miscellaneous tasks.
