Del Webb Boulevard, Bell Road to 99th Avenue Pedestrian Facilities

Project Description

The Maricopa Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will be upgrading selected sidewalks and installing Americans with Disabilities Act ramps, upgrading handrails along Del Webb Boulevard in Sun City. There will be driveway impacts to some commercial and residential parcels.

This project includes:

  • Removing and replacing the sidewalks at Del Webb and Boswell boulevards,
  • Installing handrails along Del Webb Boulevard.
  • Completing driveway work as needed to meet current standards.
  • Installing Americans with Disabilities Act compliant ramps and signage.
