Project #: TT0623
Project Description
The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will be doing a pavement rehabilitation project within the Sun Lakes, Units 11-22 community, beginning July 5, 2023 through November 2, 2023.
This work will be performed in 8 phases, with each phase expected to last 2 weeks. Pavement rehabilitation work includes removing the old roadway surface (milling) and replacing it with new asphalt (paving). The work may temporarily block access to driveways, but crews will be available to assist drivers as needed. Temporary "No Parking" signs will be posted 48 hours before work starts on your road. Please do not park on the road until the signs are removed. Please watch for restricted lanes as you travel through the area, obey traffic control signs and slow down in the work zone.
MCDOT is working with all its stakeholders. Coordination with the HOA, trash collection, postal delivery, and emergency services will continue throughout the duration of the project.
