Sun Lakes Rehab Units 11-22

Project Description
The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will be doing a pavement rehabilitation project within the Sun Lakes, Units 11-22 community, beginning July 5, 2023 through November 2, 2023.
This work will be performed in 8 phases, with each phase expected to last 2 weeks. Pavement rehabilitation work includes removing the old roadway surface (milling) and replacing it with new asphalt (paving). During both the milling and paving process, it will be necessary to close one side of the road at a time. The work may temporarily block access to driveways, but crews will be available to assist drivers as needed. Temporary "No Parking" signs will be posted 48 hours before work starts on your road. Please do not park on the road until the signs are removed. Survey monuments will be installed after the completion of Phase 7 & 8. Please watch for restricted lanes as you travel through the area, obey traffic control signs and slow down in the work zone.
MCDOT is working with all its stakeholders. Coordination with the HOA, trash collection, postal delivery, and emergency services will continue throughout the duration of the project.
