Chip Seal - Pinnacle Vista Dr - 40th St to 44th St

Project Description
The Maricopa County Department of Transportation will be applying a 6-inch cement stabilization to the existing Pinnacle Vista Drive roadway between 40th ST to 44th ST.
In addition, a double rubberized layer of chip seal will be added on top of the cement stabilization. Currently, utility relocation is on-going and expected to be complete in March 2023.
Construction for the cement stabilization and rubberized chip seal will start in March and is expected to be completed in June 2023.
